    SPEAKER TOPIC

From Tipper X to Transformation: What Wall Street’s Biggest Insider Trading Sting Taught Me About Ethics, Accountability, and Character.

    ABOUT THE SPEAKER

    • Tom Hardin helps organizations identify and close the blind spots that quietly push good people toward bad decisions. As founder of Tipper X™ Advisors, he works with Fortune Global 500 companies, boards of directors, financial institutions, law firms, business schools, and leadership teams, delivering keynotes, tailored workshops, interactive courses, and advisory engagements on behavioral ethics, culture risk, and organizational conduct.
    • What sets Tom apart is the combination of candid, firsthand storytelling and practical strategies leaders can apply immediately to strengthen decision-making and build resilient, ethical cultures. Having lived the pressures of ambition, competition, and incentives from the inside, he reveals how they can erode judgment without anyone noticing. His sessions don’t lecture from a distance—they ignite honest conversations that influence behavior long after the event.
    • Beyond his corporate work, Tom volunteers with organizations that help justice-impacted individuals rebuild their lives and careers, and he is active in his local church. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two teenage daughters, staying grounded through running, boxing, and community involvement.
